The Policing (Police Vetting) Amendment Bill - Proactive release of associated Cabinet papers
This material relates to the Policing (Police Vetting) Amendment Bill (the Bill) which was introduced on 10 October 2024. The Bill provides a statutory framework for the Police vetting service. The statutory framework is intended to provide strong legal direction and clear and consistent policy for Police and users of the Police vetting service.
