The TICSA establishes duties and a framework for network operators to engage with the government on network security issues, where they may intersect with risks to national security. Those parts of the Act took effect in May 2014, and are managed by the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB). A separate guidance paper to support the implementation of this has been prepared by the GCSB.
If you have a query regarding the network security aspects of the TICSA, please contact the National Cyber Security Centre for more information.
