The Commissioner of Police is accountable to the Minister of Police for the administration of police services, but acts independently in carrying out law enforcement decisions. The Minister of Police receives a range of advice and information from Police. The titles of briefings and reports received by the Minister can be seen below.
Some titles may be excluded from proactive release on the basis that it is not in the public interest to release them at this time. Titles in this category will be reviewed on a regular basis and may be subsequently published.
