    Junior Detective we need your help.

    Your mission is to find pictures of different police stations hidden in the museum and tell us at Museum HQ how many you find. Let’s see if you can find them all and remember the team names.

    Senior Detective Mystery

    Put your detective skills to the test with our Senior Detective Mystery: Operation: Riddle
     

    Police has received a series of letters that suggest a major crime is about to be committed. Use the evidence in each letter to solve the case. Come in and give it a go for free. We recommend this activity for individuals and group.

     

    No pencil and paper needed, try it out on our in-house app.

    Discover the dynamic duo of dogs and their handlers. See the dogs in action and ask those burning questions.

    (Please note: all of our invited dog section teams are operational and in the event of an emergency may not be able to attend)

  • Term 3 School Holiday Programmes: Scene of Crime Officer Workshop: Footwear Impression Evidence

    Monday 30 September 11am – 12pm (week 1)                
    Monday 7 October 11am – 12pm  (week 2)

    7 - 12 years             
    $5 per child
    Bookings required

    A footprint found at a crime scene could be the key evidence! Create a footprint cast and record a shoe impression using forensic techniques. All junior recruits take home their own cast and impression. Wear shoes with an interesting sole.

    Learn to dust, identify and lift fingerprints like a true SOCO. All junior recruits take home their own fingerprint evidence.

  • Term 3 School Holiday Programmes: Craft Workshop: Create a Constable

    Do you enjoy craft and creating things? Come in and make a police officer and police car to take home. There will be colouring, card folding and caregivers will need to help.

  • Term 3 School Holiday Programmes: 5 Minute Crime Scene
    Friday 4 October 1pm – 5pm
    Saturday 5 October and Sunday 6 October– 10am – 5pm
    Friday 11 October 1pm – 5pm
    Saturday 12 October and Sunday 13 October – 10am – 5pm
     
    All ages, free and no booking required

    While visiting the museum try to solve our crime scene. Put on your detective hat and take a close look at what was left at the scene. Can you figure out what the crime was?
