Police are appealing for information after an aggravated robbery in Welcome Bay, Tauranga.
At about 10:20pm on Tuesday 26 February, a lone male entered the shop area of the Caltex service station on Welcome Bay Road armed with a large knife.
The man left with cigarettes and cash.
Police are appealing for members of the public to come forward if they saw the incident occurring, or witnessed two males loitering in front of the service station in the half hour before the robbery.
