Grace Millane investigation - update

More than 25 Police staff are now working on the investigation into the disappearance of English tourist Grace Millane.

Grace’s father, Mr David Millane arrived in the country just after 7am. He was met by members of NZ Police at the airport and is being supported by them today.

Mr Millane will speak to members of the media this afternoon at 4pm, at a press conference at Auckland Central Police Station.

Detective Inspector Scott Beard will also update media on the investigation at this time.

Overnight officers have continued to gather and review CCTV footage from throughout the central Auckland area.

Members of the public have continued to phone the enquiry team with information and this information is being reviewed and assessed.

Police continue to appeal for any members of the public who may have information to call the investigation team on 09 302 6970.
