Police are seeking the driver of a white van following an incident on Auckland’s Western Motorway.
The driver was approached near the Te Atatu off ramp about 3.50am yesterday (Friday 27 April) by a male wielding a tyre iron.
Police would like to speak to the driver of the van as well as the driver of a four-wheel drive ute, who witnessed the incident.
Both the van and the ute continued westbound on the Western Motorway, toward Henderson.
The man with the tyre iron was later arrested.
