Hayden Rizvi, who has been the subject of a Police search since early yesterday morning, has just been arrested.
The 25 year-old was taken into custody in the toilets of a fast-food outlet on Manukau Road, in Epsom.
Police are speaking with him now and will be in a position later today to confirm the charges he will face.
