Christchurch Police are seeking 43-year-old Anaru Rangihuna and have a warrant for his arrest.
Mr Rangihuna is wanted for breaching his parole conditions and is actively trying to avoid Police.
Mr Rangihuna is a male Maori, 177cm tall of solid build. He has short dark curly hair and is unshaven.
Police believe Mr Rangihuna is in the Christchurch area and he should not be approached by the public.
