Police are seeking the whereabouts of Titia Apaipo.
The 20-year-old, of Cannons Creek, Porirua, is wanted for breaching his bail conditions.
Apaipo, who has links to Auckland, is considered dangerous and should not be approached by the public.
He is a Pacific Islander, 179cm tall and of medium build.
