Canterbury Police are looking for Floyd Mortimer, who is wanted to interview and has four warrants to arrest in relation to the theft of a car.
Mortimer is 27 years old and is described as European of medium build and 180cm tall a with a distinctive tattoo on his neck.
Police ask any member of the public who knows where Mortimer is to contact Christchurch Police station on 03 363 7400, or alternatively the organisation Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
