Police is seeking the assistance from the public to locate Aquitania Luxford (otherwise known as Tai), a missing 73-year-old Palmerston North woman.
Tai is Maori, approx 4'11", with salt and pepper hair, who suffers from early onset dementia.
Tai was last seen at the BP service station in Bulls at about 12.35pm Thursday 25 February 2016. She was driving a Subaru Impreza Hatch coloured Grey, registration EPQ780.
Tai has relatives in most centres in the North Island but Police have concerns for her welfare and ask that if she is seen to please contact Police immediately.
