Dunedin Police are looking to locate Kenneth Piper who went missing from a Wakari address in Dunedin around 11am this morning the 14 December 2015.
Kenneth is described as a 66yr old male and was last seen wearing 3/4 length brown shorts, a polo top coloured dark blue with green horizontal stripes and slippers with Velcro fasteners.
The attached photo was taken 2yrs ago and Ken has changed in appearance since then. Ken has lost weight, has no teeth, is now featuring facial hair and has difficulty speaking.
The most noticeable thing about Ken is his walk: Ken has a very uncoordinated walking gait and may appear to others as being drunk.
Any sightings of Ken or persons fitting the description are to be reported via 111.
