Counties Manukau Police have arrested an 18-year-old male from Papatoetoe in relation to the serious assault that allegedly occurred outside Denny’s restaurant in the early hours of Saturday morning on 26 September 2015.
He will appear in the Manukau District Court today, charged with causing grievous bodily harm with reckless disregard.
The victim, George Siaosi remains in a stable but serious condition.
