Police have laid charges against a 27 year old man in relation to the fatal head-on crash on SH79, the Geraldine-Fairlie Highway, on Tuesday 30 September 2014.
The man will appear in Christchurch District Court today charged with one count of Careless Use Causing Death and two counts of Careless Use Causing Injury.
Police investigations into the cause of the crash are continuing.
