Auckland City Police investigating the sexually motivated assault of a 21 year-old woman in Halsey St, Freeman's Bay at 11.30pm on Tuesday November 12, want to hear from anyone who can help identify and locate the man responsible.
The victim says she was followed for some distance before the man, described as being in his 20s, of skinny build with dark skin and who was wearing a light grey sweat shirt and dark skinny pants, grabbed her from behind and molested her.
The woman's screams alerted people in the area and the offender, about 170 to 173cm tall, ran off.
