Andrey MELNIKOV.
Andrey MELNIKOV has gone missing and police have concerns for his safety and well-being.
MELNIKOV is described as a 45 year old Caucasian male. He is from Uzbekistan and is about 182cm tall with muscular build.
He was last seen wearing a dark coloured t-shirt, dark pants and carrying a dark coloured single strap back pack.
MELNIKOV was last seen heading towards Piha Beach on Scenic Drive, between East Coast Road and the Arataki Visitirs Centre, at about 5:00pm on Saturday the 9th of November 2013.
