New Zealand Police to host next PICP conference (slideshow)

Police Commissioner Peter Marshall received a warm welcome at the recent Pacific Islands Chiefs of Police Conference (PICP) in Rarotonga (26-29 Aug) .
The 4-day gathering was hosted by the Cook Islands Police Service and focused on preventing crime through information management.
During the event outgoing PICP Chair, Acting Commissioner Juanita Matanga handed the baton and chairperson role to Cook Islands Commissioner Ma’ara Tetava.
The next PICP Conference will be held in Auckland next August or September.
