Porirua Police are currently seeking to locate Norman HOWELL following a domestic violence incident. HOWELL currently has a warrant to arrest for Kidnapping and Injuring with Intent to Injure.

HOWELL is a member of the Mongrel Mob and has distinctive tattoos on his face.

Police are seeking assistance from the public to locate HOWELL. He is considered to be dangerous and should not be approached.
