At approximately 7.20 this morning police received a report from Ambulance of a child falling from the window of a house in the Fordlands suburb of Rotorua.
The 14-month-old girl has been taken to Rotorua Hospital with what appears to be minor injuries.
Police are investigating the incident which includes examining the scene and speaking with the adults at the address.
