Takaka Police are seeking information from the public as to the whereabouts of Rachel HAMILTON, aged 50 years.
She was last seen late on Monday 7 January in Takaka and Police and her family have concerns for her wellbeing.
Ms Hamilton was driving a purple Honda CRV, registration CJQ712, which had a kayak on the roof.
She is described as European with light brown hair and uses a wheelchair.
