A 42 year-old woman from Henderson has died following a fatal crash in Patumahoe (near Pukekohe) shortly after midnight on Sunday 26 June.
The woman was driving a 1996 turquoise mazda 121 and was travelling south along Kingseat road, towards Patumahoe. She appears to have lost control while negotiating a corner and collided with a power pole.
The woman was transferred to Middlemore Hospital in a serious condition and passed away early on Tuesday morning.
