Police are seeking William Edward Harding who is wanted to arrest for failing to appear in Wanganui District Court.
Harding, in his 70s, is on active charges for obtaining by deception and causing loss by deception, from elderly female victims.
He is Caucasian, of medium to solid build, and around 180cm tall.
Harding is believed to have left Whanganui and is now possibly in the Wellington area.
