Wellington Police have arrested two men for assault following a disorder at a Dixon Street address.
Police cleared multiple levels of the building to ensure there were no other victims in the apartments.
CIB are attending a scene at one apartment and a woman is being spoken to in relation to the incident.
There is no threat to residents.
