Canterbury Police can confirm the female victim of a fatal crash involving three vehicles on Gardiners Road on 22 April 2015 was 52 year old Kaori Heaney.
The death has been referred to the Coroner who will determine the cause of death.
Canterbury Police investigations into the cause of the crash are ongoing.
