Following an incident in Kings Crescent, Lower Hutt this morning, Police have charged a 25-year-old woman.
She is in custody and is due to appear in Hutt Valley District Court tomorrow charged with:
Kidnapping; Threatening to Kill; Possession of an Offensive weapon.
Both she and a 47-year-old woman, who are related, were treated in Hutt Hospital following the incident.
This treatment was for some superficial injuries sustained during the entry and arrest procedure undertaken by the Armed Offenders Squad.
