Enquiries are continuing in relation to the incident in Marama Crescent New Plymouth this afternoon.
A man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries while another is currently being sought.

Police are currently looking to speak with Kerryn Tioro, in relation to the incident. Kerryn Tioro is a 43-year-old male Maori who is possibly armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
Anyone who knows where Kerryn Tioro is should call 111 immediately.
