Christchurch Police are appealing for 20-year-old Treik Allen to come forward.
He is sought in relation to the firearms incident on Anzac Drive, Christchurch on Saturday morning (23 February).
Police are encouraging him to come forward for his own safety as well as the safety of the community and Police.
Anyone who may have seen Allen or have any information on his whereabouts is urged to call 111 or Christchurch Police on 03 363 7400.
