Motorists are advised that diversions are in place on State Highway 16 near Matua Road in Kumeu following a serious crash.
Emergency services were called just before 8am after two vehicles have collided. One person is in a critical condition while two others have suffered minor injuries.
Diversions are in place at Trigg Road and Foster Road.
The Waitemata Serious Crash Unit has been advised and is at the scene.
There is no further information available at this stage.
