At approximately 1:50am this morning, there was an armed robbery in Forbury, Dunedin.
Three offenders, armed with a firearm and sword, entered a petrol station wearing black clothing and with their faces covered.
The offenders are described as male and in their twenties. One was of a short, solid build, and the other two were tall and of medium build.
Cash and tobacco were stolen. No one was injured.
