Police are asking for the public’s assistance to locate Cyrus James Harrington.
Mr Harrington left his home in Brooklyn, near Motueka, this morning and Police have grave concerns for his safety.
Mr Harrington is 26 years old, 180 cm tall and has a thin build.
Police believe he is travelling on foot and is still in the Riwaka/Motueka area.
Mr Harrington may be in possession of a knife and should not be approached.
Anyone who sees Mr Harrington is asked to call Police immediately on 111.
