Police are seeking Andre Mark McCleod, who has a warrant for his arrest and multiple counts of breaching his bail conditions.
Police also want to speak with him regarding a number of other incidences.
McCleod is a 28-year-old male, approximately 168cm tall and of a large-solid build.
He has acquaintances in the Stokes Valley and Hutt Valley areas.
