Police are currently seeking Stephen Christopher Rowe, who has a warrant to be recalled to prison.
Rowe is 47 years old, 183 cm tall, and of solid build. He is heavily tattooed, including on the neck and throat areas.
Rowe has links to the Wairarapa and Wellington regions and has gang connections. He has a history of serious violent offending and should not be approached.
Anyone with information regarding Rowe’s current whereabouts should call Police on 111 immediately. Information can also be provided anonymously via Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111.
