Police are investigating a serious assault which occurred in the early hours of Sunday 15 November 2015 and require assistance from the community.
A 31-year-old male has been left with head injuries after a night socialising in the New Plymouth CBD and remains in hospital.
Police would like to hear from anyone who was in the CBD in the early hours of Sunday morning and witnessed any assaults.
Police are particularly interested in the area around The Mill on the corner of Courtney Street and Northgate.
