Police seek information after incident in Glenfield

North Shore Police are seeking information in relation to an incident on Sunday 7 June in Glenfield.

At around 3.30pm, two girls aged around 10 and 12 years old were walking along Chivalry Road near Glenfield Intermediate. A man in a white van pulled over and asked if they wanted a ride home. The girls declined and ran away and the male drove off.

The van is described as;

-White with rust in some areas

-Older shape

-Red wheels with black tyres

-No windows on the back and barn-style doors, similar to a Ford Transit

-Smokey exhaust

-The "F' word was written in full across the back doors in black spray paint

The driver is described as;

-Caucasian male with tanned skin

-Aged in his 30's with unshaven stubble and a slightly roundish face

-Short straight medium-length brown hair down to his ears

-A tattoo on the upper left arm, possibly of a gun

-Sleeper earrings on the top and bottom of his left ear

-Was wearing shorts, t-shirts and jandals
