Police have released the name of the man who died following a serious crash in Oamaru on Wednesday 10 August 2016.
He was 85-year-old Ronald Martin Scott, of Oamaru.
The passenger remains in Dunedin Hospital in a serious condition.
No further information is available while the Serious Crash Unit investigates this tragic incident.
