Police are seeking the public’s assistance to locate Wellington man Jesse Hamilton.
There is a warrant for his arrest for breaching prison release conditions.
Police would also like to speak to the 26-year-old about a number of vehicles recently broken into in the Wellington area.
Detective Sergeant Richard Gibson of the Wellington Police describes Hamilton as likely living rough in the inner city and Newtown area and has also been seen begging.
He has a slightly longer beard than featured in the picture accompanying this media release.
