Hutt Valley Police are looking for 26-year-old Teariki Leo John Malloy for breach of home detention. Malloy has removed his ankle bracelet and absconded.
Malloy is a patched Mongrel Mob member and is described as Maori, 172cm tall of medium build with tattoos on his neck, forearms, left hand, legs and chest.
Hutt Valley CIB Detective Rebekah Cusin says Mr Malloy has been known to have access to firearms and any sightings of him should to be reported to Police and the public should not approach him.
Malloy could be driving any vehicle but currently has a 1994 red Holden Barina registered to him, TK6061.
