Police are looking to locate Henare Keri Namana, 34, who is wanted to arrest for a serious assault.
Namana is considered dangerous and should not be approached. Anyone who sees him should call 111.
He is believed to be in the Wairarapa, Wellington or Hutt Valley area.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Masterton Police on (06) 370 0300 or report anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
