Police are investigating after reports of gunshots being fired at a property in Sandringham, Auckland, early this morning.
Police were notified at 4.30am and arrived shortly afterwards.
Upon arrival, no one was present at the address and Police are not aware of any reported injuries.
A fence on the property was on fire and Fire and Emergency were also called to the scene.
The fire is believed to be suspicious.
Police will be working with fire investigators at the scene today to determine what started the fire.
A Police scene examination is also taking place this morning, and a scene guard is currently in place.

“We’re appealing for anyone who lives in the area, who may have seen or heard anything suspicious in the early hours of this morning, to contact Police.
