Police appeal for witnesses to Rangitikei Street crash

A female pedestrian is in Palmerston North Hospital in a serious condition after being hit by a car on Rangitikei Street at around 5.10pm today. 
 
Police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the crash, including anyone who may have been driving in the area at the time.
