Canterbury Police can confirm that the 32 year old female passenger of the fleeing vehicle involved in a crash on Yaldhurst Road shortly on Monday (24 November 2014) has been discharged from hospital and is being detained under the Misuse Use of Drugs Amendment Act.
Police investigations are continuing.
There has been no reported change in the status of the three elderly occupants of the Honda Jazz who are all still being treated in Christchurch Hospital.
Police ask anyone who witnessed the crash on Yaldhurst Road to contact them on 03 363 7807.
