A 36 year-old woman has been charged with murder following the fatal stabbing of another 36 year-old woman in Te Atatu yesterday.
The woman will appear in Waitakere District Court tomorrow.
A post-mortem on the deceased woman is being carried out today.
As the matter is now before the courts, Police is unable to comment further.
