Canterbury Police are seeking information on the whereabouts of 27 year old Kaiapoi man Allan Charles STEEL who was last seen at 10pm on Wednesday 8 October at his home in Kaiapoi.
He is described as European about 180cm tall and medium build with short dark hair and has a maroon Ford Laser saloon car with a hand painted black roof, registration WS356, which is unaccounted for.
It is not known what clothing Mr STEEL is currently wearing or where he might be heading but he is known to enjoy exploring rural tracks and hunting areas particularly those near Arthur's Pass in Canterbury and Franz Joseph on the West Coast.
Police and Mr STEEL’s family have concerns for his wellbeing and ask anyone who has seen him or his vehicle to contact Christchurch Police urgently by phoning 03 363 7400.
