Media are asked to gather by 4.15pm at the media room at the National Crisis Management Centre (NCMC).
Entry to the media room is from corridor B2 in the basement level of the Beehive. The door is labelled “National Crisis Management Centre Media Room”.
Journalists and other media staff with parliamentary accreditation can use their parliamentary swipe cards to enter the media room through that door.
The NCMC is inside Parliament Buildings.
If you do not have parliamentary accreditation or formal permission to enter Parliament Buildings you must arrange that yourself with parliamentary security.
