Rotorua Police have charged a person in relation to the death of Neville Butler in September 2017.
A 26- year- old male has been charged with manslaughter and will appear in the Rotorua District Court today, Tuesday 8 May 2018.
Police enquiries are continuing. There will be no further comment while the matter is before the courts.
