Police can confirm they have now located Joshua Kite after search warrants were carried out in Manurewa this afternoon.
He was taken into custody without incident and is now at Manukau Police Station where he will be formally interviewed.
A decision around what charges he will face will be made once this process has taken place and a further update will be provided to media.
