Invercargill Police attended the suspicious fire of a Subaru Legacy car on Joseph Street, between Herbert and Chelmsford Streets, Invercargill, at about 2.10am on Saturday 2 July.
The vehicle was extensively damaged as a result of the fire.
Police are wanting anyone who may have heard or seen anything suspicious in the area in the early hours of Friday night or Saturday morning, or may have information in relation to the fire, to contact Senior Constable Jordan Edwards of the Invercargill Police on 03 211 0400, or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
