Police are looking to locate the male, who can be seen partially in the attached CCTV footage, after an incident in Linwood.

This morning, Police attended an incident on Buckley’s Road, Linwood where a man entered a fast food store.

When he has walked to the counter to pay, he has pulled a closed pocket knife from his pocket and presented it at the lone female attendant.

Feeling threatened by the male’s behaviour the worker has reacted by backing away from the counter and calling police. Before police have arrived, the male has left the store.

During the incident, the male has become agitated, but has not opened the knife nor expressly threatened the worker.

No one was injured in the incident, however police are looking to locate the male, who can be seen partially in the attached CCTV footage.

He has been described as in his late 30’s or early 40’s, approximately 167cm tall (5’6”) and of a thin build. He has no facial hair, and was wearing black gloves at one point during the incident.
