Hurricane TAYLOR has a Warrant to Arrest for failing to appear in the Hutt Valley District Court on Wednesday the 11th of November 2015.
He’s an 18 year old Maori, 170-180cm, Medium Build.
The public is asked not to approach Taylor but to report any sightings to Police.
